Police in Chicago say a man stifled an eight-year-old young lady until she go out in the restroom of an eatery.
As per WLS-TV, the young lady was with her mom at a Jason's Deli eatery in Chicago's South Loop when she passed without anyone else's input to utilize the restroom on May 7.
Her mother allegedly heard a shout from the lavatory and kept running into discover a man conveying her oblivious girl into a slow down.
Reese Hartstirn, 33, was quelled by others inside the diner until police arrived.
The young lady was hospitalized, yet there's been no word on her condition.
Hartstirn, who's being held without bond, was accused of bothered grabbing of a youngster, irritated battery of a kid and battery bringing on real damage.
