KARACHI: It was a superstar aplenty. The Lux Style Recompenses 2016 deduced in the small hours of Saturday with every one of the festivals fit for the event.
An uncommon tribute in the service was held for eminent Qawwal Amjad Sabri who was gunned down a month ago. His family graced the event.
The occasion was facilitated by performing artist and underwriter Ali Zafar.
Honors were given out in 28 classes. Mahira Khan won best performer for TV and Faisal Qureshi won best TV on-screen character. Anjum Shehzad won the best executive honor.
Ali Zafar's Rockstar won the honor for the melody of the year.
In the design class Deepak Perwani and Faraz Mannan won grants.
