Two outfitted men took five prisoners at a congregation in a residential area close Rouen in Normandy, northern France on Tuesday morning.
The two men were outfitted with blades and took two nuns, a cleric, and at two admirers as prisoners in the French town of Rouvray, close Rouen, in Normandy, France.
Obviously, one of the nuns got away and alarmed the police.
The police fixed the region. The two men guillotined the 86-year old minister Jacques Hamel before they were shot dead.
Inside Ministry representative Pierre-Henri Brandet says another of the prisoners is basically injured.
ISIS asserted obligation regarding the terrorist assault. President Francois Hollande says "France is 'at war' with ISIS."
There are reports that one of the two attackers was wearing an electronic reconnaissance tag. The aggressor exploited a three hour non-reconnaissance window for this assault.
He had been captured in Turkey and imprisoned in France in 2015, while attempting to achieve Syria
